Conditions applying to all pitches, chalets and canvas bungalows
1.
Application must be made for each
pitch, chalet, mobil home or bungalow.
2.
In the absence of any telegraphed
message from the client stipulating that the date of arrival has
had to be postponed, the pitch and/or the accommodation will be
made available at 12.00 midday on the day following the arrival
date stated in the hire contract and 100
% of the deposit is not refundable by the operator of the campsite.
Telephone messages must always be confirmed in writing.
Any
cancellation of a booking must be made in writing Camping les
Fayards..
If
the cancellation occurs:
•
Over 30 days before the start of the stay: the prepaid deposit
shall be retained by the camping Les Fayards.
•
Less than 30 days before the start of the stay: the total cost of
the stay shall be retained by camping les Fayards.
3.
No reduction
will be granted for delayed arrival or premature departure.
4.
The client undertakes to abide by and
to ensure that those occupying the pitch and/or the accommodation
abide by the rules of the campsite.
Conditions
applying specifically to
pitches
1
• For
stays before 11/07 and stays after 16/08 :
a deposit of 30% of the total
price of the facilities reserved must be paid to the camping at
the time of booking .
2.
For stays (completly or in part) between 11/07 and 16/08:
For bookings made over 30 days
before the start of the holiday, a deposit of 30% of the total
price of the facilities reserved must be paid to the camping at
the time of booking + 10 euros booking fee. The balance must be
paid to the camping, at the latest, by 30 days before the start of
the holiday.
For bookings made less than 30
days before the date of the start of the holiday, payment must be
made in full at the time of booking with the camping les Fayards.
No

Payment
may be made by money order, made out to the
operator of the campsite, or by credit card with the online
reservation.
Bookings
are accepted for a minimum of 2 days for July and August, unless
specifically authorised by the operator.

may be made by banker’s cheque or money order, made out to the
operator of the campsite, or by credit card with the online
reservation..
1.
Chalets, mobil homes and
bungalows are rented by the week, from Saturday from 4.00
pm onwards until the following Saturday up to 11.00 am. Apart from
July and August, the length of stay may be adjusted on request,
but must be hired for a minimum of 2 consecutive nights.
2.
A
Caution of 300 euros will be paid by the client on the day
of arrival. This will be returned to the client after an inventory
carried out on the day of departure and after confirmation that
the inventory matches the original state of the premises. Should
it fail to do so, a deduction will be made to cover the cost of
repairs to the premises and the cost of missing or damaged
equipment. All claims regarding the state of the premises must be
made to the operator by the client at the time of occupation of
the premises.
3.
A
fixed sum of 50 euros will be withheld from the Caution by
the operator in the event that the accommodation has not been
cleaned by the client on the day of departure.
4.
Chalets
are rented for 4 people, bungalows for 5 people and mobil homes
for 6 persons.
The number of occupants must not exceed these figures.
5.
Pets
are not allowed in the mobil homes.
In case of dispute or litigation, the
court of Mende (48) is the competent authority.
